Sirachi passed away on September 24, 2026, at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, after a sudden cardiac episode. She was approximately 12 years old.

Rescued as a puppy, Sirachi lived her early years in Los Angeles with her best companion, Bessie. After making the move to the Midwest and after her foster sister Elle gave Gabe a 'green light' (fully approved by Sirachi), she stood witness as Mauli and Gabe married, uniting their worlds.

Following Elle’s passing, Sirachi became part of an inseparable trio in their warm Midwest home. Sirachi was the ultimate companion: a steady anchor, a great coworker, and a treasured family member. She loved her walks to Willow Creek Park and watching birds, squirrels, and rabbits. Her quiet presence, gentle spirit, and unconditional love leave an indelible mark. She will be forever missed, deeply loved, and fondly remembered.
